These Terms of Service govern your use of the Resort Rest website and the purchase of our hospitality mattresses and related products. By placing an order with Resort Rest, you agree to the terms below. Resort Rest is owned and operated by Furnishings 4 Less, Springdale, Arkansas.
Ordering & Acceptance
All orders placed through resortrest.com are subject to acceptance by Resort Rest. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Confirmation of an order does not constitute acceptance until the order has been processed and shipped.
Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the Resort Rest website are in US dollars and represent retail MSRP. Qualified commercial and hospitality customers may be eligible for volume discounts applied at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order unless Net-30 or other trade terms have been established with an approved trade account.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping to the delivery address is included on all orders within the continental United States. Standard lead time is 10–15 business days. Optional assembly, inside delivery, and old-mattress haul-off services are available at checkout. Full shipping details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Warranty
Resort Rest mattresses are hospitality commercial goods and are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage. All products carry a commercial limited warranty that varies by collection tier. Full warranty details are on our Warranty page.
Limitation of Liability
Resort Rest and Furnishings 4 Less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the purchase of Resort Rest products shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
