Every Resort Rest mattress is backed by our commercial warranty, designed specifically for hospitality use.

What's Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship, including: coil system failure, foam degradation beyond normal wear, seam separation, and manufacturing defects in ticking fabric.

Warranty Duration
Penthouse Edition: 12-year limited commercial warranty
Luxury Edition: 10-year limited commercial warranty
Essentials Edition: 8-year limited commercial warranty

Important Notes
• Warranty applies to mattresses used with a proper foundation or platform
• Mattress protectors are recommended and may be required for warranty claims
• Normal wear, comfort preference changes, and staining are not covered
• Our warranty explicitly covers hospitality use

How to File a Claim
Contact your dedicated account representative or email support@resortrest.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. Our team responds to warranty inquiries within 2 business days.
